On behalf of the SACCMA Executive Committee we have the pleasure to announce that SACCMA2025 will take place from 20 to 22 October 2025 in Stellenbosch, South Africa.
The conference will cover:

Disease modelling and precision medicine (including model development from 2D to 3D models and/or in vivo applications, toxicity models and drug efficacy testing)

iPSC technologies and applications

Bioprinting, biofabrication, biomaterials and associated cell sources

Microphysiological systems (MPS)/New Approach Methodologies (NAMs) in biomedical research, inc. organ modelling
We have invited local and international keynote speakers to enrich our knowledge and to facilitate opportunities for collaboration.

A post-conference workshop for students will be hosted 22-23 October 2025, showcasing different imaging modalities for advanced cell culture.
